Behind the Name
Alchemy & Yield was founded by Yesha Shah, a bioengineer and food scientist with 14+ years of food technology experience across the US, Europe, and Australia.
Yesha’s foundation was built in hyper-regulated spaces, starting in infant nutrition before advancing into pet food innovation with high-barrier therapeutic diets. Going well beyond theoretical formulation at a desk, her work took her directly into pilot plants and factories worldwide to run critical trials, troubleshoot on the floor, qualify suppliers, and scale benchtop formulas into production. Leading a team and complex projects taught her firsthand how vital it is to weave quality and compliance into development from day one.
Yesha created Alchemy & Yield to bring that practical, global perspective to founders and brands of all sizes, turning complex science into successful products.
